The 21st annual Bay Area KidFest, one of the longest-running family events in Northern California, returns to Downtown Concord on the Memorial Day Weekend May 29-31, 2010.
We’ve added many exciting features that our spacious new location four blocks down Grant St. from Todos Santos Plaza at Mt. Diablo High School allows us to do. As always, KidFest will be family-oriented with an emphasis on activities, games, rides and 5 entertainment stages for families with children 12 years and younger.
This year’s KidFest is extra special because proceeds will go to two organizations serving the children of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. United Mt. Diablo Athletic Foundation was formed to save sports at the six MDUSD high schools and the Mt. Diablo Music Education Foundation was established to preserve elementary school music in MDUSD. Your participation in KidFest will help these critically important parts of the educational experience for the children in our area.
How can you participate in KidFest and help our children at the same time?
Sponsor KidFest (A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals)
Exhibit at KidFest (Commercial, Arts & Crafts and Non-Profit booths and select Food Vendors still available)
Volunteer at KidFest (UMDAF needs volunteers to help make KidFest a major fund raiser for the Foundation)
Attend KidFest (Bring your family to the event for a day of fun, excitement, learning and playing)
